Booking & Payment Policy – Happy Space

Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.

Remaining Balance:
Due 48 hours before your scheduled event.

Cancellations:
Deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs at least 72 hours prior, you may reschedule once within 30 days (subject to availability).

Weather Policy:
For outdoor bookings, weather-related rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.

Travel Fees:
Travel within [20 miles] included.
Outside radius: $50 travel fee (prices vary based on distance).

Damages:
Clients are responsible for any damaged or missing décor items.
